GD Series aluminum motor range covers product with output as little as 0.18kw to 11kw in frame sizes IEC63 to 132M,GD series have Multi mount facility, by simply changing the position of feet , the user is able to obtain right, left or top mounted terminal box position and by changing the standard end shield you can change it for flange or face version.

• Standard Motors are designed for foot mounting; other mountings are also available on request
• Standard Levels of enclosure protection for motor and terminal box is IP55. With IP56,IP65 and IP66 available on request
• All motors have terminal box on the top as standard. RHS/LHS terminal box can be converted simply by changing the detachable foot position..
• Standard Paint shade is RAL 5021 water blue, others are also available on request
• All motors of standard design are provided with Class F insulation with temperature rise limited to Class 'B'

CG LV cast iron motor range covers products with outputs from 0.18 kW to 500kW in frame sizes 63 to 450. They are suitable for use within a diverse range of applications from pharmaceutical to steel production. From crane to roller table drives, many applications often have adverse operating conditions including repeated starting and occasional overloading; Our LV standard and custom made motors are well suited to these situations and most of the severe application.

• Standard Motors are designed for foot mounting; other mountings are also available on request
• Standard Levels of enclosure protection for motor and terminal box is IP55. With IP56,IP65 and IP66 available on request
• Safe area motors have terminal box on the RHS for SCR, and Top for Slip ring as a standard. Other TB position can be offered on request.
• Standard paint shade is Light Gray 631 as per IS-5, others are also available on request

CG offers wide range of low voltage Flameproof Squirrel cage & Slip Ring electric motors for operation in hazardous and hostile environments, ranging from 0.37 kW to 355 kW. These Flameproof Motors are licensed by a European notified body (BASEEFA) and Indian notified body (ERTL/DGMS/DGFAS&LI).All relevant products fully comply with the requirements of the ATEX & CE Directives.

CG NEMA aluminium motor range covers product with output 0.50 Hp to 20Hp in frame sizes NEMA 56 to 256, by changing the standard end shield you can change it for flange or face version Some of the benefits of aluminium over cast iron include high resistance to corrosion and atmospheric attack (except chlorine, sulphuric acid) and the fact that aluminium is approximately one third the weight of cast iron.

• Energy efficient as per EPACT 92 motors are tested in CSA Approved test plant as per CSA 390

• Motors are suitable for Inverter duty MG 1 Part 31 , Motors can be operated with VFD for constant torque at speed ratio 5 : 1 & for variable torque speed range 10:1.
